I don't know if torrents are allowed on Denden, but there's a couple available already. Just search "David Beckham Into The Unknown Torrent" on Google.

Thank you TheBiatches! I have a link, can I post it? Probably not... just Google "watch David Beckham Into The Unknown online" and there are some links.

Just finished watching and OMG it was so worth the obsessive search online and the late hours! I never thought of David as someone missing out on life, but you really get the vibe of him being owned and ruled about for most of his adult life. He lives in a bawl, an amazing bawl but it really is kind of sad. My vision of Dave has changed completely, he`s that guy from his childhood that keeps him grounded because he has known him before he was a hotshot and now still takes the piss out of him. Dave kept me giggling every time I was feeling sad for David. Mandler did a fantastic job and I truly love the fact he didn`t let them know where they were getting themselves in *5 buttoned shirts haha, Derek is such a nice guy, thinking he needed fancy clothes to hang out with Mr. Beckham*.

I found it quite weird to see them being parents of a teenager... we've seen them in TRB when the boys were smaller, I somehow can't really picture them raising a teenager lol.

It was so weird! I kept looking at him with his arm around Brooklyn and thinking, "He has a 15 year old son!!".

Brooklyn's accent seemed quite Northern but I guess its just an extreme jumble of everywhere he's lived.

@sarahlucyellis
#backhamunknown peaked at 5.3million viewers on @BBCOne last night, winning the 9pm slot

Thought more people would watch it tbh.

I totally agree with everyone saying Dave was great, defo had him read wrong, what a funny cool guy he is! No wonder he has a legion of friends, i just wish i would see him around/interacting with VB. These two, if in a great mood, must be hilarious together.

It was a great docu, i really enjoyed it, and wasn't sold on all trailers.

Really wonder how well did it do? Anyone have any info or numbers?

Missed your comment before posting mine. But isn't that amazing? Over 5 million for a Monday night? I think that is great, not sure what their usual viewing numbers are though.

It was up against Coronation Street at 8.30pm for 30 mins so obviously wouldn't win that time, but to then win the 9pm slot is good and all they would've wanted.

It will be watched on iPlayer a lot I expect. I'm no expert but for a one off programme on a Monday night, I reckon 5.3 million is a pretty good number.

5.3m is not great to be honest - it is considered to be low and I doubt Fuller will be happy with that. One-off specials are usually considered a success when they pull in between 8 - 15 million viewers.

^ Oh then that is a considerable difference. There will be repeat airings though, and it was sold worlwide.

Oh good, lol at the DM review, they just needs to be nasty! And i guess when you search for things to criticize you will invent stupid bullshit. He appeared considerate, and a true family man, hardly scared of VB. Predictable shit.

^I thought it was sweet that he showed respect and consideration for his wife. The marriages that last are the ones when men "fear" their wife`s reaction to events, keeps them in check. It is a bit of a cliché and he totally abused it for "comedy" sake.

That review doesn't warrant a moment of analysis - the idea that his catch phrase was "Victoria doesn't need to know about this" (based on what we saw in the documentary) is an outright lie.

He abused it? I can only think of one timewhen he used it - when he made the comment that "Victoria thinks we're hunting for our food"

The Mirror review is worse, probably because it has some truth to it, especially the "promotional" work. I don`t care for the cynicism of people towards him, even if it was a set up for a new stage in Brand Beckham, with him drinking whiskey and all, his feelings were true and the surroundings were real.
